About the Event
Mark your calendars and plan to us for some precious time with Girlfriends as we grow in relationship with one another and the Lord at our 2025 Girlfriends Winter Retreat on February 21 & 22. We have two registration options to best accommodate all schedules and budgets; however, spots are limited. So whether you can join us for one or both of the days, don't hesitate. Make sure to get yourself registered today! We know you will leave our time together feeling encouraged, empowered, and refreshed!
Registration Options:
2 Day Event:
Times: Friday, February 21 @ 1p - Saturday, February 22 @ 8p
Cost: $145 (this includes conference entry, hotel lodging, and all meals)
Schedule: Shopping and Fellowship on Friday. Women's Conference on Saturday. (See Full Event Schedule Below)
1 Day Event:
Times: Saturday, February 22 @ 7a - Saturday, February 22 @ 8p
Cost: $80 (this includes conference entry and all meals)
Schedule: Leave Heritage Church at 7am and travel straight to the Women's Conference at Oaks Church in Red Oak Texas.
Full Event Schedule:
FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 21:
1:00 pm - Group #1 leaves Heritage Church to enjoy the afternoon/evening connecting with your Girlfriends while shopping, eating together, and even slowing down for a time of small group teaching and discussion.
SATURDAY:
7 am - Group #2 leaves Heritage Church and heads directly to the Women's Conference in Red Oak, Texas.
9:30 am - Arrive at Conference
10:00 am - Session 1
12:00 pm - Lunch On-Site
1:30 pm - Session 2
3:00 pm - Session 3
5:00 pm - Conference Ends.*
*We will stop for dinner on our way home from the conference and plan to arrive at Heritage Church around 8:00 pm. This dinner cost is included in your registration fees.
