Youth Leader Team Night

Youth Leader Team Nights are designed to equip, encourage, and connect everyone who serves in Heritage Youth. Whether you've been serving for years or are new to the team, these evenings are an opportunity to grow together as we prepare for the months ahead.

During each Team Night, we'll spend time:

- Fellowshipping and building stronger relationships as a leadership team.

- Training through practical ministry discussions and biblical leadership principles that will help you better disciple students.

- Planning upcoming events, teaching series, and ministry opportunities so we're unified and prepared to serve with excellence.

Our heart is that every leader leaves refreshed, encouraged, and better equipped to invest in the lives of students. We believe healthy leaders build healthy ministries, and these nights are an important part of creating a culture of unity, growth, and intentional discipleship.
