John 6
REFLECTION QUESTIONS
Jesus didn’t just provide the bare minimum for the crowd; He gave abundantly. How does this challenge you to trust Him with both your needs and desires?
Jesus says, “I am the bread of life.” What does this metaphor mean? How does it deepen your understanding of who Jesus is?
How does the idea of Jesus being the “bread of life” speak to your longing for fulfillment? In what areas of your life do you need to stop seeking temporary satisfaction and start seeking the eternal fulfillment Jesus offers?
Reflect on the promise that “whoever comes to Me will never go hungry”. Take a moment to reflect on times in your life when you have experienced God’s provision in abundance and offering up a prayer of thanksgiving and praise for all He has already done, and continues to do, both in you, through you, and for you.
